US government announced that tariffs will be imposed on various products being imported from China. These tariffs will be in effect as of today and they will increase the cost of around 300 products we import from China. Initially the tariff will be set at 10% but it will likely go up to 25% as of January 1st.
Our goal is always to provide high quality products at competitive prices. Although this situation affects us immediately, we are not planning on any price increases this year. We will watch the situation closely, keep in close communication with our suppliers and assess the situation at the end of the year. We will make another announcement at the end of the year about any possible pricing changes for 2019.
